About Colorado Uplift

A Florida-based business leader, Mark Grosvenor draws on diverse experience in multiple industries and market sectors. For more than two decades he has served as chief executive officer of Teton Design. J. Mark Grosvenor has also volunteered for numerous non-profit organizations, including Wounded Warriors and Colorado Uplift.

A non-profit organization, Colorado Uplift works with urban youth to help them develop long-term, life-changing connections. The organization believes that every child is valuable and has the capability of significant accomplishment and success, and that long-term relationships with caring adults may have a significant positive impact on their lives regarding this area.

Full-time personnel who represent their community make up UpLift’s unique, relationship-based strategy. The organization’s committed team members are part instructors and part life coaches, and they are always available to students to form positive relationships. In-school, after-school, adventure, post-secondary, and advanced leadership programs all contribute to the development of these connections.
